SHIPPING RATE TABLE
Shipping cost is based on the total dollar amount of your order:

*US Shipping is to the Lower 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii, add $10 to the shipping.
*Canada and Mexico, add $10.00 to shipping.

It is possible that some costumes (especially larger and/or heavier ones) would require an adjustment to these upgrade charges. We will notify you if that is the case.

Returns

For sanitary reasons, the following items CANNOT be returned: Beards, Makeup (all items), Moustaches, Socks, Teeth, Tights & Wigs. We understand this can be inconvenient, but this way you can be sure no-one else has used what you order.

All items considered for return or exchange MUST have a eligible return authorization number on the outside of all shipping return boxes. To obtain a return authorization number you must e-mail or call us and ask for the return authorization number. This does not mean you automatically qualify for a credit. It means if you follow the guidelines, we will evaluate your return/exchange for credit or exchange. All return shipments must be postmarked 5 days after receipt and/or delivery of your shipment. All items must include all the original packaging including any instructions in good condition. All unauthorized returns will be refused. We also have the right to inspect all returned items prior to determining if they will qualify for a credit.
